​REACH Counseling & Wellness utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy based off of the needs of each client. Our practice provides neurofeedback and mental health counseling for individuals, couples and families in Flagler County, Palm Coast, and surrounding areas.  Clients will follow an individually tailored program guide that will engage them in their treatment and provide education about the importance of health and wellness in order to REACH and maintain optimal mental health.  Clients will learn new and healthy coping skills, behavioral and emotional regulation, and the benefits of integrating health and wellness in every day life in order to build a strong foundation for their future.
