I am passionate about helping individuals move toward meaningful, fulfilling lives by integrating evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
In my work, I guide clients in cultivating psychological flexibility—the ability to be present, open, and engaged with what matters most. I believe healing is not only about reducing distress, but also about building a life aligned with our values and strengths.
For clients carrying the weight of trauma or distressing memories, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—a powerful, eye-movement-based intervention that can bring rapid relief and resolution without the need to relive traumatic events in detail.
My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and courage.
