I understand the pain and struggles that come with this journey, and as a therapist in Palm Coast, I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic space for you to share your story while working together towards restoration and healing.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative and I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with a Christian-Based perspective. However, I strive to meet clients in the place that they are at regardless of spiritual beliefs and I tailor sessions to your specific needs. For couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and for pre-marital counseling, I am certified in SYMBIS.
My passion for helping others is not just a career, but a calling, and I am dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and live more fulfilling and purposeful lives.
